This paper extends the geometric fixed-point reading into a matter-deformed cosmological history. It introduces the mechanism of "geometric overflow, " where causal-boundary surplus during a supersaturation epoch is projected into a bulk D=3 gravitating component, predicting an ideal dark matter abundance of ΩDM^ (0) ≈ 0. 2458. The model derives falsifiable redshift-local observational signatures, including localized fσ₈ suppression and H (z) residuals.
