This qualitative study examines how higher education leaders at The Ohio State University guide AI fluency initiatives through institutional strategy, distributed leadership, and decision practices. Findings show how leaders integrate AI literacy across academic programs, coordinate implementation across units, and communicate institutional priorities connected to academic and workforce preparation.
