Based on the Second and Third Laws of Thermodynamics, this paper constructs a core logical framework centered on the spontaneous entropy increase principle and hierarchical entropy structure. It integrates von Neumann’s complex system thought, Gell-Mann’s theory of cosmic organic genesis, and introduces Prigogine’s dissipative structure self-organization mechanism. This study profoundly explores the inherent laws dominating life origin, species differentiation and natural biodiversity formation, and further extends physical thermodynamic principles to human social and economic systems, thereby defining core original variables such as consciousness entropy. On this basis, this paper reinterprets the operational logic of social market factors, and verifies the hierarchical evolution laws of social systems through typical historical cases, among which Japan’s Meiji Restoration is a typical paradigm of subjective cognitive improvement and proactive institutional restructuring. This research confirms that entropy increase constitutes the fundamental driving force for life differentiation and social divergence, while hierarchical entropy differentials determine the operating boundaries and evolutionary orientation of complex open systems. This study further demonstrates that the idealized pursuit of absolute equality runs contrary to the inherent evolutionary laws embodied in the two thermodynamic laws, and open self-organized steady states represent the inevitable evolutionary direction of human society and civilization. This paper establishes a self-consistent and complete independent theoretical system for interpreting life formation mechanisms and long-term social operating laws.
