Various disasters were continuously increased due to the climate change. Among these, scrub typhus considered as the most rapidly increased and urgent public health disasters. It's a 3rd grade nationally notifiable disease that had directly influenced by climate change and has greatly increased in Korea since 2000 onwards. The objective of this study is to investigate time-delayed correlation between scrub typhus and meterological factor, and to construct a disease incidence model for prediction. The minimum, mean and maximum temperature, relative humidity and average wind speed were identified as the correlated factors. And the incidence model based on Artificial Neural Network were established, and the correlation were analyzed.
