Description. This note presents a structural interpretation of quantum phenomena within Field-Network Theory. Building on the result that distinction requires irreducibility, the argument proposes that quantum continuity emerges from structurally open event continuity rather than from static probabilistic objects existing in pre-defined space and time. Quantum uncertainty is interpreted not as measurement failure, but as the structural openness required for future distinction and continued manifestation. https://sites.google.com/view/field-network-theory
