Information security in the context of information culture

It is shown that a key risk factor for the information subsystem of society is major socio-communicative and sociocultural transformations that carry the row of negative social consequences in themselves. It is shown that disfunctional trends direct-coupled with high-rate of information changes were clearly recorded the last years. It is reasonable that the state of information overload results in the the different problems related to providing of information safety of both subject and information held by him.
