The paper proposes a new architecture of power electronic converter for interfacing the battery with PV panels for an Electric Power Supply (EPS) of a Nano Satellite with minimal leakage currents preventing unforeseen situations due to ground bouncing. This paper addresses the need for a generalized design approach to obtain a highly efficient EPS of a nanosatellite with design example. The provided results validate the claims and demonstrate the capability under different source and load conditions.
