It shows how contradiction forces reorganisation, generating information, and how resolution restores stability by halting further change. This principle provides the mechanistic foundation beneath the Unified Loop Theory, revealing why systems move, how they update, and when they stabilise. By identifying contradiction as the engine of motion and resolution as the system’s fixed point, the paper establishes a unified explanation for information dynamics, equilibrium behaviour, and cross‑domain system evolution.
