Development of a Resource Forecasting Model for Project Management Tasks in the Design and Construction of Facilities

To enhance the efficiency of project management in the design and construction of capital construction projects and linear facilities, machine learningbased recommendation systems are required to forecast the timelines for task execution in work schedules and project calendars. This article presents a model based on a polynomial multifactor regression model for use in such recommendation systems. This model utilizes historical data to generate the necessary forecasting data regarding the resources needed for the design of linear and capital construction projects.
