This article highlights the deepening of integration in the global community, the rapid development of all areas, the substantial and significant increase in the flow of information, and the development of information technologies. Measures to prevent or reduce risks in risk management, risk management and financial shocks mitigating risk insurance is an important element of the negative characteristics of an accident and damage to internal structures unable to resolve cases caused economic losses of one or another apparently due to the need to restore it and required the availability of the necessary resources and that insurance can play a role.
