Digital Transformation of Educational Management: the Role of a New Generation of AI from ChatGPT

The application of digital technology in educational governance is a strategic choice to meet the requirements of the times and social changes.In the process of digital transformation of educational governance, digital technology advantages should be used to assist the reform of educational governance and improve the level of educational governance.Educational governance in the digital era encompasses two aspects.Combined with the development practice of generative artificial intelligence enabling education governance in our country, we should see that its digital divide and data privacy leakage inhibit the positive development of ChatGPT.Given this context, this study analyzes the characteristics of digital education governance, puts forward the logical framework of digital transformation of education governance, and discusses practical strategies such as strengthening top-level design, perfecting "multi-governance" governance system, and building global education governance system.While preventing the risk of generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, it provides reference for promoting the practice of digital transformation of education governance.
