Map regression, site visit, review of HER data In consideration of the available evidence, it is considered that there is a Moderate to High potential for the presence of below ground archaeological remains of medieval date to be present within the Site as indicated by archaeological investigations on the adjacent site. In this respect mitigation would be satisfactorily dealt with by a suitably worded condition for the implementation of a programme of archaeological monitoring during groundworks for the Proposed Development.
