Official framework standardizes positive statistics methodology, enhancing data measurement for various sectors.
This document represents the official second updated edition (2026) of the core indicators framework adopted within the Positive Statistics Methodology. The paper introduces a unified methodological structure centered on the Positive Empowerment Index (PEI) as the foundational analytical unit from which the Positive Coverage Index (PCI) and the Composite Positive Advancement Index (CPAI) are derived. The framework standardizes the transformation of raw data into normalized empowerment values ranging from (0–1), establishes the triadic classification model for interpreting empowerment levels, and defines the methodological conditions for measuring empowerment intensity, empowerment coverage, and composite positive advancement. The document also provides practical SPSS-based applications using real data and serves as the official normative reference for researchers, consultants, trainers, and institutions applying Positive Statistics Methodology across developmental, organizational, educational, and social sectors. This release supersedes the previous indicator framework and constitutes the officially adopted reference for the second edition of Positive Statistics indicators (2026).
