Pair production (γ + γ →e+ + e−) is derived as a sump phase transition: two radial wave modes (photons) create a brane interference pattern whose amplitude, when it meets the focal zone nucleation threshold, locks irreversibly into a stable focal deceleration zone (electron, εH 0). The threshold hν1+hν2 ≥2mec2 is derived from the sump stability condition, not postulated. The electron mass me is the minimum sump-stable focal deceleration amplitudethe lightest charged particle sits exactly at the T1 sump stability threshold. Annihilation is the time-reverse: focal zone overlap and cancellation releasing stored brane deformation energy as two 511 keV photons. Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series.
