English Abstract: "For over two centuries, mainstream astrophysics has blindly attributed Earth’s seasonal cycles exclusively to its 23. 5^ axial tilt, completely ignoring the fluid-mechanical architecture of the inner solar system. This paper decisively dismantles this classical limitation by introducing the Deshmukh Global Shield Theory (DGST). Utilizing 25 years of NASA JPL telemetry and 200 years of NOAA climate logs, this research exposes a synchronized planetary engine. The data proves that Mercury’s 3. 8-month synodic cycle operates as an atmospheric 'Idler Gear' that physically deflects solar wind plasma to dictate Earth's four-month seasonal shifts. Simultaneously, Venus's 19. 2-month alignment functions as a macro 'Pressure Lock' (Venus D-Value: 11. 20 vs Earth D-Value: 8. 55) that triggers global climatic anomalies (El Niño/La Niña).
