Evidence from a criminal enquiry into the Black Hand (Cosa Nostra Terror Group). This document formed a part of CEL's Evidence Dossier, a copy of which was hand delivered by CEL, to the Terörle Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğ (TEM) in Ankara as part of CEL's Evidence Dossier on an ADATA COO8 / 32 GB data drive, on the 22nd of March, 2024. The emails dated before 06/12/2023 were included in the document that formed a part of the CEL Evidence Dossier that was hand delivered, addressed to the National Crime Agency, to the British Embassy in Bangkok, on the 6th of December, 2023. The embassy official on duty signed CEL's delivery note to acknowledge delivery on behalf of the NCA (see document, above). In this document, you wıll fınd evıdence that crımınals ıllegally operated computers to prevent a number of NATO defence emergency messages to the Government of Turkey, ın addıtıon to the governments of the UK, Poland, Slovakıa, Spaın, Albanıa, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonıa, Greece, Italy, Croatıa, Iceland, Denmark, Belgıum, Montenegro, Canada and Unıted States of Amerıca, as well as NATO ıtself. They also prevented natıonal securıty messages to the Commonwealth of Natıons, and the followıng Commonwealth Realms’ governments: Australıa, Papua New Guınea, Saınt Kıtts and Nevıs, St Lucıa, Saınt Vıncent and the Grenadınes, Grenada, New Zealand, Belıze and Bahamas. Furthermore, they prevented an energy securıty message to the government of Chına, natıonal securıty messages to the government of Thaıland (even though the investigator sent them from Pattaya, within Thaıland), and messages to the government of Saudıa Arabıa, requestıng assıstance. They also prevented a message to the government of Israel, though the emaıl notıfıcatıon confırmıng that, was ıllegally deleted from the investigator's graham.wılkıns@gmx.com account. These crımınal actıons constıtute acts of cyber-crıme, and possıbly treason or hıgh treason (UK). Where found to have been authorısed by a natıonal government, they might also constıtute acts of war (cyber-warfare), and possıbly breaches of the NATO agreement. Though advısıng NATO, the investigator has been consıstently attacked ın varıous ways by the crımınals concerned. They even went so far as to illegally stop several messages to His Majesty the King of England, detailing a national security emergency, a few of which are reproduced here. It is a measure of the stranglehold the Black Hand has over governments that, in spite of the investigator's reports to so many law-enforcement, and other government, agencies, in the countries concerned, nobody has sought to prosecute any of the criminals, despite having received the evidence in a verifiable manner. Even Interpol and UNPOL, mandated by the UN to investigate international crime, apparently failed to do so despite the investigator sending over 14kg of case files, including this evidence, in two boxes, by post from Cahors, Lot, to Interpol HQ, Lyon, France, and then receiving delivery notifications in his La Poste account for both boxes, delivered on the 18th and 19th April 2024, respectively: 'La Poste account; Expéditeur 8U01990890978 colossimo Vôtre colis a été livré vendredi 19 avril green tick in green circle Vôtre colis a été livré Expéditeur 8U01990890985 colossimo Vôtre colis a été livré jeudi 18 avril green tick in green circle Vôtre colis a été livré' The CEL investigator had travelled to Interpol HQ on the 24th March 2024 to hand-deliver the case files in person, but was told by the security guard on duty that he couldn't accept physical evidence, and the investigator must send the evidence by post instead, which he subsequently did, on the 15th of April 2024, departing the 16th of April 2024, from Cahors post office.
