The close context of innovation and organization cause scholars to consider the possibility of the significant impact of innovation on organization. Researchers expressed that innovation plays a critical role on the effectiveness of organizations and enhances their potential to innovate and grow. Some researchers go as far as to state that one of the main reasons for the growing importance of the innovation during the past years is the need for innovation in the fast changing environment. Although most scholars agree on the positive effect of the innovation on organization, there are a few empirical researches that investigate it.In this paper the objective is to describe the innovation as a critical factor in organization performance.
