It is shown that small and calculable Majorana neutrino masses featuring the seesaw mechanism can be induced radiatively in the context of left-right-symmetric models. An exactly conserved multiplicative quantum number and the possibility of low-mass right-handed gauge bosons {~}400 GeV) are additional features of the model presented.
