The authors (a) discuss the notion of discourse; (d) define the structure of the discourse competence; (c) develop a nomenclature of discourse skills, which can be developed by the use of modern information and communication technologies; (d) describe a study, which aimed to develop students’ discourse skills during a short-term development course.
