She is Co-Director of the NEH Summer Institute for Teachers, "Voices Across Time: Teaching American History Through Song," and assisted in the production of the companion teachers' resource guide. Recently, her article on "Songs of the French and Indian War" appeared in the Social Studies Journal and she completed an article on music for the Encyclopedia of War and American Society (New York: MTM Publishing).
