The adoption of financial technology (fintech) has rapidly increased in recent years, particularly in Indonesia, driven by consumer demand for efficient and secure financial transactions. This study analyzes the relationships between social media, perceived usability, and data security in influencing fintech adoption. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, an online survey collected responses from 165 participants in Jakarta. The findings indicate that social media significantly impacts users' decisions to adopt fintech services, while data security is crucial for consumer trust and support for fintech implementation. Although perceived usability is important for enhancing user experience, it shows an insignificant influence on fintech adoption in Indonesia. Therefore, innovation in data security and the development of social media are necessary for promoting fintech adoption in the country
