This article discusses issues related to the impact of digitalization on various spheres of and economic relations; in particular, financial markets and issues related to the entry of Russian companies into the international arena in the field of finance are in the focus of research. Trends in the development of the financial market of the Russian Federation in terms of international interaction, as well as trends in the Alternative Investments Market and its advantages are investigated. An analysis of indices and statistical indicators in the field of digital transformation of various markets and countries, as well as a study of data on the Alternative Investments Market in dynamics, proves the prospects for Russian entrepreneurs to enter foreign platforms for working with alternative modern financial instruments.
