Intelligent manufacturing service matchmaking requires the sharing and integration of manufacturing knowledge. In this paper, a collaborative development for open industrial knowledge graph is proposed to collect knowledge in four respects. Based on this, a tiered matchmaking procedure is proposed including feature matching, numeric matching and function matching.
