Digital tools, social media, video, pre-recorded video, and conferences are used by both students and lecturers to facilitate learning. However, on the students' intention to use digital tools during the educational process, there are still unexplored topics. An online survey was used to compile a sample of 385 students from the University of Jordan's academic degree programs. Regression is used to assess the data. To measure perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavior intention to use, one external component of: student access to use digital technologies is now included in the technology acceptance model (TAM). The study's findings revealed important understanding of how students accept using digital tools or technology in education to process information for better decision-making and student support. Therefore, this study helps us anticipate the potential need for courses in successfully carrying out educational processes in the future.
