Investigates heat and mass transfer in hybrid nanofluid flow, suggesting important industrial applications.
Recent research on hybrid nanofluids has gained significant attention due to their wide range of industrial and engineering applications. In the present study, we investigate the heat and mass transfer characteristics of a hybrid nanofluid (Cu-Al 2 O 3 /H 2 O) Casson fluid flow over an inclined stretching sheet. Suction/injection through the sheet is considered in the boundary layer region. The effects of chemical reaction, viscous dissipation, and thermal radiation are also incorporated. Using suitable similarity transformations, the governing partial differential equations are reduced into a system of coupled nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The resulting equations are solved numerically using the finite difference method, subject to the prescribed boundary conditions. Graphical results are presented to illustrate the influence of key physical parameters on the velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles. The accuracy of the present numerical method and results is validated through comparison with existing literature.
