Tilakachuri et al. (2026) studied Arrhythmia (n=2,197). Hybrid AI model with 4-stage denoising pipeline vs. Individual machine learning and deep learning models was evaluated on Macro accuracy for 5-class arrhythmia classification (95% CI 0.8516-0.8785). The noise-resilient hybrid ECG classification framework achieved a macro accuracy of 86.5% and a macro ROC-AUC of 0.967 for five-class arrhythmia detection on a patient-agnostic test set.
