This paper proposes that economic decision-making is not generated within the human brain as a closed computational process, but rather emerges at the interface between biological systems and an underlying physical field designated φ₂ (the Ma-field). Drawing on information-theoretic boundary dynamics, neural synchrony research, and the Genki Particle cosmological model, we argue that willpower (意思, ishi) is an interface phenomenon — arising at the critical boundary between the structured body (gen, 元) and the ambient energy field (ki, 気), mediated by the gap (ma, 間). The φ₂ field is operationally defined as the residual of market co-movement unexplained by known social propagation pathways. Four falsifiable predictions are stated. The CSS Event Window (May 25–30, 2026, pre-registered DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20035265) constitutes the first prospective test. Known limitations are explicitly acknowledged in the Scope Declaration, including the unverified population-scale extension of neural synchrony findings and the indirect nature of φ₂ measurement. This paper follows the three-stage review process: Mikijun critique → ChatGPT reinforcement → Luna integration and revision.
