Case report describes isolated diphallia in a pediatric patient, highlighting its rarity and surgical approach.
Diphallia is a rare congenital anomaly that affects one in every 5.5 million live births. In this report, we present a one-year-old male paediatric patient who presented with a progressive enlarging perineal mass since birth, with no urinary or anorectal involvement. Complete surgical excision was performed without complications. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of glans diphallia. We believe that it is important to describe this case due to its remarkable rarity and to add to the existing literature our experience in our approach.
