This study introduces a bio‐inspired neuromorphic double‐negative metacomposite fabricated through a conjunction‐decoupling strategy, integrating conductive networks and synapse‐like structure induced split ring resonator (SRR) architectures in a silver nanoparticles/melamine foam/polydimethylsiloxane (Ag NPs/MF/PDMS) system. This composite achieves simultaneous negative permittivity and permeability across a 4.2 GHz bandwidth within the testing spectrum. Its electromagnetic properties are dynamically tunable via mechanical deformation, enabled by reconfigurations of synapse‐like structures governed by a predictive theoretical model that quantitatively correlates strain with electromagnetic responses. Notably, this work discovers the initial experimental observation of Fano resonance in polymer‐based metacomposites, characterized by a high quality factor of 368. This resonance not only suppresses intrinsic losses through enhanced transmittance but also serves as a sensitive deformation monitor. Capitalizing on these properties, a dual‐mode photonic skin is demonstrated, combining high‐accuracy amplitude modulation (AM) and wide‐range frequency modulation (FM) for stress sensing. This study establishes a conceptual framework for novel metamaterials, bridging neuromorphic design principles with metamaterial science, and unlocks new possibilities like adaptive electromagnetic devices, tunable cloaking systems, and multifunctional smart sensors.
