Reflective practice: implementing theory

Last week, we looked at the theories and models of reflective practice, in a continuing education article. This week, we present a practical example of the introduction, implementation and evaluation of reflection and reflective practice on an acute mental health admission unit. Practitioners used a variety of strategies to increase their awareness of reflective practice, and the author details their analysis and subsequent actions following completion of the project.
