This conceptual paper proposes a layered interpretive framework for reality organized into four domains: Idea, Script, Production, and Interpretation (ISPI). The framework explores symbolic systems as possible observer-mediated recoveries of deeper structural constraints rather than purely arbitrary inventions. The paper examines whether experienced reality may be understood as a staged manifestation of underlying organization and considers conceptual parallels with holographic interpretations of physical reality. It further explores whether the coexistence of successful but incomplete physical descriptions may reflect access to different layers of manifestation rather than a failure of unification. This work is philosophical and conceptual in nature and does not propose a new physical theory.
