Within the PFUSRC universal unified axiomatic system, this paper systematically establishes Perturbation Ontology and reinterprets perturbation as an independent ontological entity of the universe, rather than a mere secondary correction term in traditional quantum mechanics. We prove that perturbation and field are synchronous, homologous, symbiotic, and parallel dual subjects. The minimal field is the eigen reference field excited by perturbation on Coupling Interface 0. The weak-interaction nature of perturbation grants it universal ubiquity, making it the core mechanism of Microgenesis—the First Cause of the four-dimensional universe. This paper presents the perturbation–field–inertial amplification formula and rigorously shows that an initially weak perturbation can be amplified to generate sufficient driving force to sustain cosmic topological closure and drive large-scale celestial structures. Electromagnetic fields are secondary field manifestations formed by the Yin–Yang attraction–repulsion of perturbation regulating charge orientation and magnetic pole ring structures, supported by vacuum fluctuations, Casimir effect, galactic magnetic fields, and electromagnetic induction. Finally, a closed cosmic evolutionary system is formulated with perturbation as dominance, field as carrier, β₁ as regulator, and inertia as self-sustaining agency.
