Modern physics has explained gravity, electromagnetism, the strong interaction, the weak interaction, quantum phenomena, cosmic expansion, dark matter, and dark energy with high precision within their respective theoretical frameworks. However, a complete unified explanation has not yet been provided for why these phenomena appear to be separated into different laws, how quantum phenomena in the microscopic world and gravitational structures in the macroscopic world can be connected within a single principle, and why unobserved dark components must be additionally assumed.Topological Cosmology is a hypothetical integrated model proposed from this problem awareness. This theory does not regard space as a passive background, but interprets it as an active field with intrinsic phase values, arrangement states, deviations, and synchronization conditions. Matter is not regarded as an object existing independently upon space, but as a state emerging from local deviations and stabilization processes of a spatial-phase field. Therefore, forces, motion, rotation, bonding, crystallization, field distribution, and cosmic structures may be interpreted not as different kinds of phenomena, but as outcomes of one spatial-phase principle expressed under different conditions and at different scales. The purpose of this document is not to assert Topological Cosmology as an established physical theory, but to present a hypothetical framework that can reorganize observable natural structures and cosmological problems from a unified topological perspective.
