Numerical calculations have been made for the formation process of axisymmetric, rotating black holes of 10M0. The initial density of a star is about 3x 10 13 g/ cm'. Numerical results ) suggested that a naked singularity may appear in a prolate collapse if the initial quadrupole moment is large enough. These results tell us that naked singularity may appear in the realistic collapse of a star under a certain initial condition.
