Knowledge Exchange in the Internal Research Organisation of the National Defence Academy

Sharing knowledge within an organization is an important measure to maintain and increase competitiveness. In this sense, the knowledge of researchers at the National Defence Academy should also be shared. The car manufacturer Toyota implemented a system of structured knowledge exchange within the company and with its suppliers. This could be a role model for the National Defence Academy. A survey among researchers showed, that the researcher meeting, as an essential instrument, must be further developed. This leads to an improvement in the flow of information.
