Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (cADHD) often struggle with completing daily tasks and routines, yet technological support in the home environment remains limited. This exploratory study examines the potential of social robots to assist cADHD with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Nine experts were interviewed to identify design requirements, followed by a five-day in-home deployment with five families. Parents and children reported that the robot effectively provided reminders and task instructions, improved focus and independence, and reduced caregiving demands. While families expressed interest in continued use, they emphasized the need for greater reliability and adaptability. These findings highlight the promise of social robots in supporting cADHD at home and offer valuable directions for future research and development.
