Confucian Traditions in East Asian Modernity.

Harvard University Press recently released Confucian Traditions in East Asian Modernity: Moral Education and Economic Culture in Japan and the Four Mini-Dragons, edited by Tu Wei-ming. Mr. Tu, professor of Chinese history and philosophy at Harvard University and director of the Harvard-Yenching Institute, led the 1991 Academy conference out of which the volume grew.
