The article demonstrates the role of Belarusian Bulletins in enhancing cultural relations between BSSR and Poland, indicating their significance in political context.
The article shows the role of the Belarusian Bulletin information guides in the development of international cultural relations in the BSSR from 1925 to 1932. It is proven that, thanks to the efforts of the VOKS, the Belarusian leadership organized the preparation of printed forms for presenting the cultural, scientific, and economic achievements of the BSSR to tourists and citizens of Poland, Czechoslovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany. Attention is drawn to the fact that the "Belarusian Bulletins" served to strengthen the idea of "Minsk as the Belarusian political center" among the Belarusian political emigration, accelerate the process of "Smenovekhovshchina" among the former leaders of the Belarusian People's Republic, and facilitate their early relocation to Soviet Belarus.
