Unified framework describes dark energy and matter effects in a brane cosmos, implying novel predictions for cosmic observations.
We present a unified, parameter-free framework wherein our 3+1D universe is a brane — a Cosmic Submarine — immersed between a higher-dimensional bulk M+ and a lower-dimensional inverse reservoir M-. The framework is derived from fundamental constants alone: G, c, hbar, and Apéry's constant zeta(3), yielding the universal efficiency constant: Phi_0 = (6/5)*zeta(3) - 1 = 0.0606601718... We postulate that dark energy is the bulk pressure differential rho_Lambda*c^2 = Pi_+ - Pi_-, and dark matter is a gravitoelectromagnetic frame-dragging effect of the brane's bulk velocity. The Reductive Zero ∅_H is defined as a renormalized valve operator at black holes, regulating pressure equilibration between bulks. Version 2.0 introduces the Phase-Lock Condition for the cosmic bounce, Z = exp(2*pi*i/Phi_0) = 1, which fixes the bounce scale factor without free parameters. The framework yields six falsifiable predictions for ngEHT, Euclid, DESI, and RHIC in 2025-2026. No tuning is introduced. If any prediction fails at >5sigma, the framework is ruled out.
