Background. Acute mesenteric ischemia is an urgent pathology characterized by an unfavorable prognosis and high mortality. The probability of death increases with long-term disease, senile age and severe concomitant pathology. Often, due to the peculiarities of the pathological process, staged surgical treatment of such patients is required. Objective. To present a clinical case of staged surgical intervention in acute mesenteric ischemia in an elderly comorbid patient. Results. The results of clinical examination and surgical treatment in acute mesenteric ischemia in a comorbid elderly patient are described. Conclusion. The article presents a case of successful staged surgical treatment of an elderly comorbid patient.
