Millimeter wave (mmWave) communication has been considered as a promising means to fulfill the requirements of next generation cellular networks. To conquer the limited coverage and the severe penetration attenuation, we investigate the ultra-dense mmWave networks with multi-connectivity in this letter, which enables users to access multiple mmWave base stations simultaneously. A user association problem is formulated to maximize the system throughput, which is NP-hard. To tackle it, we introduce a multi-label classification approach to solve the proposed combinatorial problem. Numerical results demonstrate the good optimality and low computational complexity of our proposed algorithms.
