The vehicle dynamic behavior of electric vehicles differs in many respects from that of internal combustion engine-powered vehicles. The fundamental difference is the torque-speed curve of the internal combustion engine and the electric motor. This fact is one of the important aspects for the consumption of an electric vehicle. The consumption of electric vehicles can be reduced by controlling the shift with artificial intelligence. In this article, we address this problem by detailing possible alternatives.
