The asymptotical behaviour of Yukawa effective coupling constants is investigated in the frame of quantum R2 gravity with matter. For a great variety of GUT models these constants vanish more rapidly compared with the gauge one. Gravity contributions make Yukawa coupling constants go to zero at a faster rate.
