ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the impact of training effectiveness on organizational performance, which is examined through four main dimensions: economic, social, political and systemic. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 249 employees, middle managers and supervisors working in agricultural companies in the Souss Massa region of Morocco. The analysis, conducted with spss.v.31.0.0.0 reveals that organizational performance is positively influenced by training effectiveness. The findings of the study indicate a statistically significant and positive relationship between training effectiveness and organizational performance. Specifically, effective training practices were found to enhance economic outcomes such as productivity and profitability, reinforce social cohesion and employee engagement, support political alignment through improved decision- making and communication and strengthen systemic performance. These results underscore the strategic role of training in fostering sustainable organizational performance, particularly within the agriculture sector. The study highlights the necessity for organizations to not only invest in training but also to ensure its alignment with broader organizational goals and performance indicators.
