Tests 5D leakage predictions in M87, linking photon ring, Hubble constant, and redshift, suggesting convergence of astrophysical theories.
We present three independent observational tests for a universal 5D leakage fraction Φ₀ = (6/5)ζ(3) - 1 = 0.0606610778, where ζ(3) is Apéry's constant. Incorporating Φ₀ into General Relativity predicts: 1) M87* photon ring diameter enhancement η = 1 + Φ₀ = 1.06066, falsifiable by ngEHT 2027 at 5σ. 2) Hubble constant H₀ = 67.36 × √(1 + Φ₀) = 71.52 km s⁻¹ Mpc⁻¹, consistent with DESI+PEDE at 1.4σ. 3) Frequency-dependent anomalous redshift z(ν) = z_GR × [1 + Φ₀ (ν/ν₀)^α] for M87* ring, testable with ngEHT multi-band spectroscopy. No free parameters are introduced. Confirmation of any one test implies the other two. We urge ngEHT and DESI collaborations to test these predictions directly.
