I present the complete Lagrangian of the Harmonic Framework of Reality, a unifiedfield theory anchored at a fundamental frequency of 27 Hz. The theory postulates adiscrete frequency lattice (the Tau lattice) that replaces continuous spacetime atthe smallest scales. All Standard Model fields and particles emerge as harmonicmodes of a single scalar Tau field. A natural ultraviolet cutoff arises from the230th subharmonic of the 27 Hz anchor, rendering all loop integrals finite andeliminating the need for renormalization. Particle masses, mixing angles, gaugecouplings, and the vacuum energy are derived from the harmonic ladder and auniversal phase offset of -1 degree (the echo index Pθ-1). The Lagrangian containsno free parameters beyond the experimentally fixed anchors (27 Hz, 13.04 Hz,230, 19:13:4). The theory solves the cosmological constant problem, unifiesgravity with the Standard Model, and makes testable predictions including a27 Hz gravitational wave line, a 32 harmonic sideband comb in the muon g 2 anomaly,and 32 Shapiro steps in Josephson junctions.
