BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: genes are recognized as major causes, the full genetic spectrum remains uncertain. We aimed to delineate the electroclinical characteristics, genetic etiologies, and long-term outcomes in a large MRI-negative EIDEE-BS cohort.
