30 eyes of 25 patients treated with pro re nata intravitreal brolucizumab and outcomes assessed at baseline, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years.
Best-corrected visual acuity, central subfield thickness, and pigment epithelial detachment measurements recorded and analyzed.
Mean central subfield thickness (CST) significantly decreased from 328 µm to 172 µm at 6 months (P < 0.001).
Pigment epithelial detachment height declined from 262 µm to 155 µm at 6 months (P = 0.027), with sustained reductions at 1 year and 2 years (P = 0.009 and P = 0.004 respectively).
Best-corrected visual acuity improved or remained stable in 90% of eyes, with no significant change in mean logMAR (P = 0.314).
