Abstract

随着“双碳”战略目标的深入推进,我国可再生能源发展进入快车道,光伏发电作为清洁能源的重要组 成部分,在高原地区展现出巨大的开发潜力。然而,高原地区特殊的自然地理环境、脆弱的生态系统以及复杂的社会 人文条件,对光伏项目的建设施工带来了显著挑战。本文系统梳理高原地区光伏项目建设施工过程中面临的主要环境 影响因素,从气候气象、地形地质、生态环境、水文水资源、社会人文等维度进行深入剖析,并结合典型工程案例, 探讨其对施工组织、技术方案、安全管理和生态保护等方面的具体影响机制。在此基础上,提出针对性的应对策略与 优化建议,旨在为高原地区光伏项目的科学规划、绿色施工与可持续发展提供理论支撑与实践指导。
