切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术通过切断预留巷道顶板一定深度岩层与回采垮落区之间岩石的地应力 联系,改造顶板压力传递路径,实现随着工作面的回采,采空区顶板沿预裂缝定向下沉,压力定向释放在采空区垮落 岩体上,使计划留下的巷道空间压应力稳定,从而方便相邻的下一个回采工作面继续使用。该技术涵盖基本原理、关 键工艺流程及适用条件,通过构建顶板力学模型、分析切顶参数敏感性及多目标优化,明确技术关键要点。同时,从 地质适配性、稳定性控制、施工与成本、安全风险防控等方面提出应用优化策略,旨在实现顶板稳定、施工可行与经 济合理协同最优,提高资源回收率,减少巷道掘进量,保障煤矿开采安全高效。
